Our first project with the Fitness Industry was quite exciting. We had no idea on how to make the barbells and all those iron appeal to anyone but fitness freaks. The challenge was to create a brand that will appeal to anyone who aspired for a healthy lifestyle. When Robin Roy (Director, Robatium Consulting LLC) came to us with this project, he wanted a brand that stood out in a very crowded market of fitness centers that has sprung up in the heart of Dubai.
Yellow and Black worked well for this brand. But we had to choose the right shades to stand out of the crowd. The logo had to impart a sense of strength, might and power which we tried to bring in using bold fonts and strong typeface. We all agreed that there is nothing better than a dumbbell to represent a gym.
